By accessing or using our custom-branded client portal app ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). 4. Refund Policy

4.1. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise explicitly stated in a private, written contract signed by both parties.

5.1. All content available through the App, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and curriculum, is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
